Homeostasis Oasis was part of Resilio Mental Health Solutions for the last year. Due to the increase in awareness and demand, we have expanded our services. We created a clinic focused on treating diseases at the cellular level, improving gut health and empowering our clients to improve their nutritional intake to enhance their overall well being.
Meet the Team
Daisy Lara
DNP CRNP
Daisy is double board-certified by The American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She has extensive nursing and advanced practice nursing experience. She attended West Chester University for her bachelor of science in Nursing and bachelor of arts in Psychiatry with a minor in Health Sciences. Daisy has a master of nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University and a post master certificate with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Wilkes University.
In 2019, Daisy completed her doctorate of nurse practice (DNP) at Wilmington University. Her DNP focused on integrating a Spanish speaking psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner within a primary care office. She focused on improving patient outcomes by enhancing patient communication, psychoeducation and self-confidence in managing their mental health treatment.
Daisy’s early training included bedside nursing in most units within the hospital system including telemetry/cardiac care, medical surgical care and psychiatric care including the specialized eating disorder unit. During her time in the hospital setting, she realized that patients have the ability to take control of their health when empowered with the right tools and education.
Daisy continued her education in advance practice in order to lead and positively impact the care of her patients. She focuses on utilizing motivational therapeutic skills during her assessments, providing education and listening to each patient’s personal experience. She aims to empower patients in care to feel better mentally and physically and improve their daily lives.
Nurse Tarryn has been a Registered Nurse for 8 years. She attained her Associate degree at Harcum College in 2016. After graduation, she transitioned into the RN role as a telemetry nurse at the former Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA.
Tarryn went on to pursue her career in local travel nursing where she fulfilled local contracts within the area from Allentown to Philadelphia. This opportunity allowed her to gain a wide range of nursing experience in the hospital system and the outpatient setting. Tarryn continued with travel contracts until summer of 2022 ending with working in geriatric care as a nurse supervisor.
Prior to having her first child she worked as a dialysis nurse. She passionate in preventative, holistic and integrative medicine. Tarryn has always been interested in the “natural way” of healing. She has always believed in prevention and figuring out the root of the issue. She is excited to encourage and help others to lead a healthier and happier life.

IV (intravenous) therapy is a medical treatment that delivers fluids, vitamins, and medications directly into the bloodstream for faster absorption. It can be used to treat dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, and some medical conditions.
IV therapy can also be used to improve overall health, as it can deliver essential vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream.

Your appointment, start to finish, can vary from 1 -1.5 hrs. There are intake forms to complete and then, once the IV is started, the actual drip will take about 45-90 minutes. The fastest we are able to infuse a drip is 30 minutes.

We are unable to treat patients with the following conditions:
Congestive heart failure
Kidney failure or Chronic kidney disease
Abnormal vital signs
Medical emergencies

The frequency of treatments depends on your individual needs and the condition being treated. Most individuals get IV treatments at least monthly.

Hydrate
Drinking water before your appointment will improve your response to the IV and make veins more visible.Eat
Before your appointment, eat a meal/snack if you are able, and ensure it contains protein. This is because some vitamins and minerals can cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach.Dress Comfortably
Wear a short sleeve top and comfortable pants and socks -
As with any medical procedure, there are certain risks associated with IV therapy, including infection at the site where the needle was inserted, as well as adverse reactions to the IV infusion itself.
Pain or discomfort at the injection site
You may experience some pain or discomfort when the needle is inserted into your vein, but this should subside quickly.Bruising or swelling
It is common to experience some bruising or swelling at the IV placement or injection site, but this should also subside quickly.Infection
There is a small risk of infection at the injection site at Homeostasis Oasis we utilize sterile equipment and follow proper hygiene protocols.Allergic reactions
It is possible to have an allergic reaction to some of the nutrients or fluids used in IV therapy. This is rare but can be serious if it occurs. Please make sure to inform your provider of all food and drug allergies. -
The IV fluids typically are metabolized and excreted within hours after your treatment, but the specific time frame depends on several variables, such as your age and how healthy you are when receiving your IV infusion. For instance, if you are sick or dehydrated, you may retain IV fluids longer than if you were in good overall health.
